At Wake Up N Hustle, every piece is created with purpose and made to represent a mindset. Many of our items are made-to-order, so please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering errors made by the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless:
- The wrong item was sent, or
- There was an error on our end
If this applies, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item is incorrect or defective due to our error, and
- A replacement is not available
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
Custom & Limited Drops
- All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins
- Limited release items may not be restocked
Shipping
- Once your tracking number has been provided, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery
- Processing times may vary depending on order volume
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
- Wake Up N Hustle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Order Issues
All order concerns must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
